This policy is only for products that is bought directly at Carplay Solutions.

By Orderding from us you acknowledge that you have agreed and read through the following Policies and Conditions stated below.

  • Our Android Radio’s comes with a 24 Month warranty.
  • Refunds is only allowed if there is a problem with the unit and we have been allowed to troubleshoot all the options.(We should be notified within 7 days of receiving the package. We need the full package including all the accessories unless told not to. Before the refund/ replacement takes place we will have to confirm that all the content in the package is completed.
  • The customer is solely responsible for sending returned products to us, we will cover the cost of returning the repaired item back to the customer.
  • The buyer is responsible for sending the product back if the returned product is not faulty.
  • The cost for delivery and repairing units outside warranty period will be at the customer’s cost.
  • The returns will be dealt with and processed within 7-14 days of receipt.
  • Return and warranty terms made between resellers and their own clients are not applicable with us at Carplay Solutions.

The warranty does not apply to failure or damage resulting from the following examples:

  • Neglect, accident, abuse or acts of force majeure
  • Failure to install or improper installation or not use the product in accordance with the instruction or use of this product other than for the product’s intended purpose
  • physical damage
  • Unauthorised modification, repair or upgrade of the unit
  • Operation Error
  • The warranty serial number or stickers are not easy to identify, damaged, torn and altered, etc.
  • Improper packaging when returned.
